BFA Student Locker Registration Form for 2014-15 academic year.
Lockers are available to Bachelor of Fine Arts students and are administered by Student Services. Each student may register for and occupy one locker. Your locker registration lasts for an entire academic school year. You must clean out your locker in May 2015 the Wednesday after Commencement on May 20, 2015.
Students are responsible for locating a locker, furnishing it with their own lock, and then SUBMITTING THIS FORM.
Here are the steps to registering your locker:
1. Select an empty locker
2. Attach your lock to empty locker
3. Fill out this form
4. Click Submit
Only fill out this form AFTER you have claimed your locker with a lock! Submitting this form before furnishing your locker with a lock DOES NOT claim a locker!
ALL LOCKERS MUST BE REGISTERED
*If you do not register your locker with Student Services, you take the risk of having your lock removed from your locker and the contents emptied and discarded.
